What WE Inspect
Our inspections are conducted following the standards of practice as laid out by the Ontario Association of Certified Home Inspectors. As such we will examine visible and accessible house components and systems including:
Roofing, Attic, Vents, Flashing and Trim
Exterior Grading and Drainage
Eaves, Soffit, Fascia, Gutters and Downspouts
Exterior and Interior Structures
Windows & Doors
Electrical Systems
Plumbing System and Fixtures
Heating and Cooling Systems
Insulation and Venting
Foundation, Basements and Crawlspaces
At the completion of the inspection, we will provide you with a verbal report outlining notable issues and conditions found throughout the inspection. This information will allow you to make timely and informed real estate transaction decisions.
A final written report will be provided within 24 hours of the inspection that will describe the condition of the house systems, its components and their ability to perform their expected function. This report will also clearly communicate implications and recommendations including photos and/or illustrations.
At the completion of this process, you will have a good understanding of any noted deficiencies, safety concerns and identification of components that are nearing the end of their life cycle.
